Guangdong Jinxiecheng Al. Manuf. Co.,Ltd. founded in 1993, is a manufacturer
to produce specially aluminum alloy profiles, with complete matched equipments,
advanced technology and overall products, located in Dali Henggang Industrial
Zone in the centeral region of Nanhai District of Foshan City, superior in its
geographic position, close ot Guangzhou Baiyun Airport and Nanhai Sanshan freight
transport harbour, neighbouring Hongkong and Shenzhen, and extremely convenient
in the sea, land and air traffics. The company is excellent in surroundings,

Invested in about RMB 240-odd million, the company has been fitted with
modern plant building and advanced equipments for complete sets of aluminum profiles
lines, and built up the workshops for founding, extruding, oxidizing electrophoresis,
spray coating, thermal isolating processing and packing, finished produce warehouse,
office building an other matched facilities. The founding workshop is fitted
with two 13-ton fuel reflecting smelting melters ad a compete set of advanced
horizontal hot top casting system to cast yearly the bar output up to 25,000
tons and a 35-ton isotropic oven to homogenize the cast bar as a guarantee to
increase the profile surface quality, physical performance and extruding efficiency.
The extruding workshop owns 8 extruding lines with the extruded tonnage of 700
to 1800 tons, the used bar diameter of 100 to 178mm, capable to turn out various
profiles of cross-section circumcircle of 3mm to 240mm with eh annual productivity
up to 25000 tons, fitted with an auto lifting HT swerving stand to guarantee
to max extent the surface quality of the products at the prophase and 3 ageing
ovens able to treat the hardness T5 and T6 aluminum profiles with length up to
7m. The oxidizing workshop has internationally-advanced oxide coloring and electropainting
lines imported from South Korea, adopting fully-auto horizontal double mutual
electrolysis coloring oxidizing process, especially the colorful electrophoretic
aluminum product developed successfully in cooperation with Korean Dongsung Company
has filled up the blank in this technology at home. Since this technology developed
successfully, at the beginning of 2004, our internal standard was officially
adopted by the national standard bureau as one of the national standards for
colored metal industry, therefore, Jinxiecheng can produce oxidized aluminum
profile, transparent electrophoretic aluminum profile and colored electrophoretic
aluminum profile with membrane thickness 8 to 30μm and color of silver white,
champagne and black, resulted in annual productivity 1800 tons. The spray coating
workshop is armed with powder finishing line containing German latest technology
and annual finishing capability 6000 tons, adopting the powder coatings conformable
to European and American standards and taking a leading position in the same
firm in both process ability and quality level. In order to respond the demands
of sustained development and national energy-saving architecture, we have corollary
strip-piercing thermal-insulating aluminum-alloy architectural profile line and
have developed an energy-saving and healthy new-type structure, warm in winter
and cool in summer, applicable in both north and south of Yangtze River.
Basing herself upon the modern and scientific enterprise management model,
Jinxiecheng has independently developed the computer managing system according
with her own characteristics to have omnidirectional sequencing control from
design and development of a product, input and production of raw material, inspection
and qualification of a product to sale of a product, facilitating the efficiency
of the enterprise operation given full play; has the product varieties, besides
the quality architectural profile of aluminum alloy door/window and curtain wall,
which has rapidly extended production of high precise industrious profiles and
civil profiles including the products in many industries and fields such as electronic

oxidized profiles, electrophortic painted profile, powder spray-coated profiles
