  4、As a complaint of a client occurred, the sale managing department notifies the quality managing department to examine and verity and the sales managing department offers the disposal opinions pursue to the inspected results of the quality managing department, communicate in time with client, work out the resolutions jointly and guarantee to satisfy the reasonable requirements of clients.

  5、We will return the replacement of the goods if damaged due to the bad product quality issue.
